New estates and established streets — northside access notes
New estates around North Lakes, Griffin, Mango Hill and Warner often mean narrow lots, soft freshly-graded ground, close neighbours and kerbside parking pressure — a smaller crane truck and an early start usually solve it. Through Chermside, Aspley, Stafford, Everton Park and Bracken Ridge the blocks are older and tighter, with overhead services and mature trees deciding where the truck can set up. Larger lots around Warner, Cashmere and Eatons Hill are usually a reach question rather than an access one, because the distance from the driveway to the drop zone is the hard part.
